The Oxus Portable Oxygen Concentrator was previously approved for use on
aircraft by the FAA as the Delphi RS-00400. The FAA has determined that
the Oxus POC Model RS-00400 meets the criteria for FAA authorization for
use on aircraft, and they are currently amending the regulation to
include the POC in the Special Federal Regulation 106. This is expected
to be complete during the fall of 2011.
