Shipping and Delivery Information Rental equipment exluded from free shipping items. - Portable Oxygen Concentrator Rental is charged a $75 round trip shipping fee. All other equipment rental must contact our office for delivery fees. For all purchases of $50 or more Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 in the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. For faster shipping please contact our office with your request. Your item will be processed immediately and shipped. 1-800-489-8165 Most items will arrive at your specified delivery location within 3-5 business days after you place your order. You may contact us to inquire about delivery times or you will recieve an email after your purchase indicating your estimated delivery dates. Lift chairs, some scooters, electric power wheelchairs, scooter, power chair and wheelchair lifts, hoyer and stand up lifts, and some larger wheelchairs will arrive via a freight company in 5-7 business days. Some items will take longer than others as it depends on what you order. Lift chairs - basic in stock chairs 5-7 days, special order up to 4 weeks. Wheelchairs - basic wheelchairs and transport chairs in stock 5-7 business days, lightweight, ultra lightweight and complex rehab chairs can take up to 4 to 6 weeks depending on modification requirements. You will recieve an email after your purchase estimating your shipping time. Freight delivery. We do sell some larger items that will require freight delivery such as larger scooters, lift chairs, patient liftsnon foldable power wheelchairs , beds, scooter and wheelchair lifts, standing frames, pool lifts, stair lifts and some other large items will arrive via a freight company in 5-7 business days from when they leave the manufacturer. The freight company will contact you when the item has arrived at the freight facility in your area to schedule a specific delivery time convenient for you.
